Wymagania
- Hands-on experience in business analysis within financial services, with a strong focus on understanding business needs and translating them into actionable solutions.
- Solid knowledge of capital markets and the brokerage lifecycle, especially within trading and post-trade environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and draw meaningful insights (advanced Excel is a must).
- Working knowledge of SQL is a strong advantage.
- Experience supporting testing activities, including UAT, test scenario preparation, and defect management.
- Confidence in working with both business and technology stakeholders in a dynamic, project-driven environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working and collaborative delivery models.
- Very good command of English and Polish (minimum B2/C1).
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience supporting change or transformation initiatives within financial services environments.
Obowiązki
- Conduct business analysis activities across brokerage operations, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional gap analysis.
- Support change initiatives within trading and post-trade areas by applying a solid understanding of the capital markets and brokerage lifecycle.
- Perform data analysis using Excel as a core tool, delivering validations and insights; use SQL where applicable.
- Support testing activities by preparing test scenarios, assisting with UAT, and coordinating defect triage to ensure successful delivery.
