• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT projects.
• Practical knowledge of the project lifecycle, with ability to work on both Client and Supplier sides.
• Experience in budget and schedule management, including independent planning and financial control.
• Ability to build teams by identifying needed competencies, delegating tasks, and enforcing accountability.
• Excellent organization skills, decisiveness, priority management, and determination.
• Fluent Polish language skills and highly developed interpersonal communication.
• Current Prince2 Foundation or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and proficiency with Jira.

Nice to have:

• Experience in automation projects (BPM, ECM, Vibe-Codding).
• Practical knowledge of business analysis and requirements description.
• Experience implementing modern solutions based on Agentic AI.
• Technical background including programming, system administration, integrations, or working with development teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers, architects, and analysts without intermediaries.

• Defining detailed project plans, stages, and activities.
• Managing all project phases and reporting progress according to Delivery procedures.
• Building project teams, identifying required roles, and managing dependencies.
• Creating schedules and actively managing the project budget.
• Identifying risks, escalating issues, and preparing specific solution proposals.
• Preparing full management documentation and formally closing project stages.
• Collaborating closely with experienced specialists including architects, analysts, and developers.
