Associate BizDevOps

The Cyber Defense Center (CDC) Platform is seeking a BizDevOps/Agile Coach to apply their expertise in organizational agility while driving continuous improvement, fostering collaboration, and facilitating high Agile performance across CDC squads. The successful candidate will also provide essential administrative support to the platform lead, ensuring efficient organization of the platform.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an Agile environment
• Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
• Proficient in Agile management techniques including daily stand-ups, scrums, backlog creation and development, sprint planning, and complexity measurement
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), including setting up, maintaining, and enhancing ADO features to improve team/squad efficiency
• Proven success in implementing Agile practices across various environments, supporting Agile teams of different sizes and complexities
• Background in change management and digital transformation strategy and implementation
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams with a high level of dependency
• Hands-on experience working within a non-standard Scrum framework with 2-week sprints and ceremonies
• Practical knowledge and application of Scrum, Scrumban, Scrumfall, and scaled Scrum
• Ability to work with risks at a high level and knowledge of risk reporting and risk management
• Ability to analyze operational or project data/metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Demonstrated experience in coaching and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders
• Strong communication, facilitation, training, and coaching skills
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Highly organized, with the ability to bring structure to chaotic situations

Nice to have:

• Experience in the cybersecurity domain and knowledge of basic cybersecurity frameworks
