Wymagania

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Product Marketing Manager or Product Manager in SaaS/IT environment
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity or IT infrastructure technology in at least one area
  • Proven experience managing comprehensive Go to Market/Launch phases
  • Experience defining personas, target groups, Value Proposition, and Product Messaging
  • Ability to combine business and technical perspectives and create benefit-oriented communication understandable to clients
  • Portfolio of sales enablement content that impacted sales, including 1-pagers, solution sheets, battlecards, pitch decks, thought leadership articles
  • Proficiency with analytics and marketing automation tools such as CRM (e.g., HubSpot), Google Analytics, and BI data analysis
  • High communication skills including creating presentation materials and communicating strategy to management and enterprise clients
  • English language proficiency at minimum C1 level in speaking and writing

Nice to have:

  • Experience creating product newsletters and videos (screencasts, explainers)
  • Knowledge and use of design and prototyping tools (Canva, Figma) and social media for product communication

Obowiązki

  • Preparing comprehensive Go to Market strategies for products
  • Defining personas and target groups and designing appropriate marketing activities
  • Defining Value Proposition and Product Messaging to differentiate from competitors
  • Managing product communication from planning through launch to sales scaling support
  • Translating complex technical features into customer-benefit language
  • Increasing product reach via owned channels, databases, technical communities, and partnerships
  • Creating high-quality technical blogs, solution sheets, battlecards, pitch decks, and sales tools in collaboration with R&D and Product teams
  • Developing technical messaging for cybersecurity products in English and Polish
  • Verifying product content for technical accuracy and consistency
  • Identifying growth opportunities through trend and competitor analysis and measuring effectiveness for optimization and reporting
  • Representing the brand at industry events and conferences and collecting feedback

Oferta

  • Cooperation based on B2B or employment contract with salary ranges:
    • Employment contract: 14,000 - 18,500 PLN gross per month
    • B2B: 100 - 135 PLN/h net + VAT
  • Work model: onsite, remote, or hybrid depending on residence
