AI Project Manager

The Widlarz Group sp. z o.o. creates projects at the intersection of React Native, video/voice, and AI. They work on open-source projects like react-native-video and implementations for clients with hundreds of thousands to millions of users. They partially incubate ETULU.com (AI for fashion/e-commerce) and PromptHaus.pl (a hub for AI practitioners in Kraków).

• 1–2 years of experience in IT/product projects or own delivered projects.
• Built own AI pipelines/automations (scripts, agents, no-code).
• Daily use of LLMs with own prompts/playbooks.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
• Business mindset: understands P&L, hourly cost, margin, and impact of decisions on invoicing, even if not previously practiced.

• Lead AI/product projects from kick-off to implementation, including planning, risk management, status updates, demos, and retrospectives.
• Automate delivery processes using checklists, playbooks, templates, agents, scripts, and integrations (LLMs, Make / n8n / Zapier, React Native stack).
• Communicate with clients, explaining AI capabilities and limitations, ensuring promises match deliverables.
• Improve internal processes (sales, marketing, HR) where AI provides real return.
