Wymagania
- Hands-on experience with Symantec DLP, including policy creation, EDM/IDM fingerprinting, and response rule configuration.
- Hands-on experience implementing Symantec data discovery and classification engines in Cloud Environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview DLP and Azure Information Protection for cloud-native data protection.
- Familiarity integrating DLP with SIEM/SOAR platforms, especially Cortex XSOAR, including custom playbook development and API integrations.
- Experience with policy authoring, incident response workflows, Network Discover, SharePoint Scanning, custom response rules, and remediation actions in Symantec DLP.
- Knowledge of integrating Microsoft Information Protection with Symantec for Compliance & Governance.
- Strong knowledge of GDPR, including data subject rights, breach notification, and cross-border data transfer implications.
- Experience with Data Security challenges in multinational financial institutions.
- Ability to document DLP controls and map them to business and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 3 years managing DLP systems in large enterprises (10k+ users).
- Demonstrated success in implementing Symantec Data Classification in cloud environments.
- Demonstrated success in implementing Personal Data Discovery.
Nice to have:
- Symantec DLP Certified Specialist certification.
Obowiązki
- Lead the design, deployment, and tuning of Symantec DLP policies across endpoints, network, email, and cloud channels.
- Integrate Symantec DLP with Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS native security and compliance tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview, AIP, AWS Macie).
- Implement automated data classification and tagging for GDPR-regulated data, focusing on unmanaged personal data and shadow IT.
