AI Engineer (Agentic Systems)

Scalo is a company offering remote work opportunities with projects involving Conversational AI and Agentic AI for enterprise clients in banking, insurance, automotive, retail, and services sectors.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an AI/Agentic Engineer or similar role
• Experience building AI agents using various tools
• Good understanding of agentic AI concepts, conversational flows, and automation logic
• Experience working with GenAI, NLP, chatbots, or conversational AI platforms
• Ability to design end-to-end AI solutions throughout the client collaboration cycle
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
• English language proficiency at minimum B2+ level
• Nice to have: Higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Participation in projects related to Conversational AI and Agentic AI for enterprise clients in banking, insurance, automotive, retail, and services sectors
• Use of technologies such as NLP, GenAI, conversational AI platforms, agentic workflows, and cloud-based deployments
• Designing and architecting agentic AI solutions aligned with clients' business goals
• Conducting technical discovery sessions, demos, and proof of concepts
• Implementing, configuring, and deploying conversational agents, workflows, and API/script language integrations
• Collaborating with clients' technical teams during onboarding, go-live, and optimization phases
• Monitoring deployed agents' performance, analyzing results, and proposing improvements
