Lead Product Designer

Spyrosoft is seeking an experienced end-to-end Product Designer to lead the design team for one of their customers, focusing on turning business challenges into meaningful products and services through design methods and experimentation.

• At least 7 years of professional experience as a Product Designer
• Extensive experience leading design teams and fostering a high-performance creative culture
• Strong passion for AI-driven design and identifying emerging tools to solve complex design problems
• Portfolio showcasing delivered, real-life projects
• Experience designing complex and large-scale systems
• Strong sense of aesthetics and holistic approach to design
• Comfortable exploring various design directions and building a story around them
• Effortless communication skills in English

• Driving the design process from initial discovery through design hand-off to maintenance and product optimization
• Designing digital products for web and mobile
• Building design prototypes
• Creating and contributing to Design Systems
• Validating design ideas with users
