Our client is a global corporation offering a dynamic and innovative work environment within an international structure. The role is part of a short-term project in the Supply Chain/Procurement area within their Shared Services Center team.
Wymagania
- Professional education or academic degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Master Data experience
- Experience in Shared Service Center operations
- Fluent in English
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with SSC ticketing tools
Nice to have:
- Experience with SAP (R3 / ECC6)
Obowiązki
- Handle Customer Master Data and create/maintain new entries
- Vendor creation and modification
- Review incoming requests in SNOW and follow up on missing information
- Respond to queries via ticketing system and email
- Credit management: review, update, and reporting
- Update existing procedures and documentation
- Support team members with job-related tasks
- Perform specific activities required for audit purposes
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
