Junior / Mid Functional Support & Service Delivery Specialist

The role involves working at the intersection of finance, technology, and application support for a global SaaS platform that supports financial processes related to trade promotion accruals and integrates with ERP systems such as SAP.

• Approximately 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, finance operations, or financial systems
• Knowledge of basic financial processes such as billing, reconciliation, invoicing, postings, accruals, AR/AP, O2C/P2P
• Analytical thinking, accuracy, and willingness to learn
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willingness to work with business clients and technical teams
• Hands-on attitude; the role is not solely coordinative

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SAP, ERP, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience with tickets, UAT, application support, or documentation
• Experience in SSC/GBS, FMCG, retail, commercial finance, or customer finance
• Interest in AI, automation, and process improvement

• Analyze user reports related to data, finance, accruals, settlements, and postings
• Independently resolve some functional issues
• Communicate with business users to clarify problems
• Collaborate with technical teams, consultants, and product teams
• Document reports, solutions, and update the knowledge base
• Participate in functional tests / UAT
• Support building premium support processes for global clients

The role requires regular work with clients from the USA, which means working until approximately 22:00–23:00 Polish time several times a week as a standard cooperation model.
