Senior Product Manager (Kineto)

Kineto is developing a no-code platform that enables creators with little or no technical background to launch fully functional web applications quickly and easily. The team consists of 20 members focused on building products in new markets without existing playbooks.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager working on mobile apps.
• Experience shipping at least two iOS applications with strong knowledge of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and App Store standards.
• Experience with B2C products having 100k+ users.
• Experience building viral, engaging, or highly shareable features.
• Understanding of how to find and grow an audience for product features.
• Understanding of the creator/influencer economy or having 5k+ followers on at least one social platform.
• Ability to move fast and work independently.
• Curiosity, thoughtfulness, and passion for products.

Bonus points:

• Startup experience as a Product Manager or founder.
• Experience with AI products, creator tools, or no-code platforms.

• Work across product, growth, and strategy to find product-market fit.
• Generate and test product and growth hypotheses rapidly.
• Engage constantly with users, who are creators building content and businesses worldwide.
• Design unique user experiences in a new category without existing models.
• Take full ownership of a major product area, including user value and product metrics.
• Launch experiments, features, and improvements that impact real metrics.
