Head of Quality Assurance Department

At COLIBRIX ONE, the company develops advanced, AI-powered payment technologies supporting Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs), and neobanks across the EU and the UK. It is a fully licensed EMI and a Principal Member of Mastercard, offering global card processing, digital wallet infrastructure, cross-border merchant accounts, alternative payment methods, and corporate accounts for legal entities.

• 5+ years in QA, including leadership experience
• Fintech experience in payments, banking, e-money, high-risk systems
• Strong experience in test automation, CI/CD, and quality gates
• Experience building proactive QA systems, processes, and coverage models
• Experience defining and using quality metrics (defect leakage, coverage, etc.)
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and end-to-end flows
• Experience improving release processes and environment strategy
• Practical experience with modern QA tooling and AI-assisted workflows

• Own end-to-end product quality across all environments (dev to prod)
• Build and drive QA strategy, processes, and quality culture focused on defect prevention
• Own release quality decision (go/no-go), quality gates, and release readiness process
• Ensure production stability via defect SLAs (P0/P1 prevention and fast resolution)
• Establish controlled QA/Sandbox environments aligned with production
• Drive test automation for critical flows (E2E, API, integration) and integrate into CI/CD
• Ensure risk-based test coverage and visibility of high-risk gaps
• Own regression strategy and maintain test documentation standards
• Define and track quality metrics (defect leakage, coverage, flakiness, MTTR)
• Ensure production safety mechanisms (feature flags, rollback, kill-switches)
• Improve requirements quality and enforce clear acceptance criteria
• Lead incident root cause analysis and drive systemic quality improvements
• Build and scale QA team, structure, and operating model
• Drive adoption of modern QA and AI-enabled practices
