Product Designer

• 5+ years of product design experience, including designing AI or LLM-based products for consumer or prosumer audiences
• Genuine AI fluency with understanding of LLM-based systems and UX challenges such as trust, transparency, and personalization
• Consumer design mindset focused on intuitive flows, smooth onboarding, and engaging experiences
• Technical confidence to collaborate with engineers about model capabilities and constraints while advocating for users
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual craft, and shipped products; AI tools or personalization work is a plus
• Keen eye for detail, love of simplicity, and a team-first attitude thriving in fast-moving environments

• Design beautiful, human-centered AI experiences that make complex technology feel simple, trustworthy, and delightful to use
• Push the boundaries of AI interaction design by exploring new patterns for information discovery, content creation, and goal accomplishment with AI assistance
• Own features end-to-end, driving product work from concept through launch, conducting user research, and translating insights into elegant solutions
• Prototype and iterate rapidly on new AI-native concepts, validating through research and feedback
• Develop deep intuition for AI behavior to design experiences that leverage AI strengths and handle limitations thoughtfully
• Obsess over craft and detail to ensure every interaction feels intelligent, responsive, and helpful
• Shape product strategy by partnering with PMs, championing the user through data and research, and identifying opportunities for breakthrough design
• Contribute to the design system, share design principles, engage in critique, and help build a culture of great design
