Windows Engineer

• Experience administering Windows Server 2016 or newer in a virtualized environment
• Experience managing complex IT systems and distributed environments
• Good knowledge of network protocols: SMTP, NTP, DNS, LDAP, DHCP
• Practical experience in networking, security, and Microsoft Windows Server system services
• Good scripting skills in PowerShell or other scripting languages
• Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL-based change, configuration, and release management processes
• Security clearance required from day one (minimum level: RESTREINT UE / EU RESTRICTED)
• English language proficiency at B2 level (certified)
• Bachelor's degree or minimum 3 years of higher education (certified)
• Certification related to Microsoft Windows Server or equivalent

• Administer and monitor Windows Server operating systems and services in a virtualized environment
• Monitor and analyze alerts
• Handle backups and system recovery processes
• Install, update, and configure system components and server software
• Create scripts and configurations for Windows Server environments
• Participate in architecture design and reviews
• Advise on capacity management, disaster recovery planning, IT service continuity, automation of repetitive tasks, and security
• Provide recommendations and implement best system practices and security standards
• Define, analyze, and resolve hardware and software issues
• Create and update technical documentation and operational procedures
• Implement changes according to ICT change management procedures
• Provide second-line support for other IT teams and coordinate with third-line support
• Participate in coordination and project meetings
• Perform other duties aligned with the job profile as assigned by the supervisor

• Security clearance required: minimum RESTREINT UE / EU RESTRICTED
• English language proficiency B2 certified
• Education: Bachelor's degree or minimum 3 years of higher education certified
