Senior Solutions Consultant (Insurance)

Comarch works on global transformational projects for leading insurance companies, building and implementing systems supporting insurance sales, policy management, and benefits (Life & Pensions). They combine advanced technologies, including GenAI tools, with deep domain knowledge to deliver real business value worldwide.

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience cooperating with the insurance industry (at IT providers, consulting, or insurance companies).
• Deep domain knowledge: very good understanding of life and pension insurance processes and regulations (individual and group).
• Project experience: knowledge of software implementation lifecycle (from concept to production start) and participation in complex digital transformation projects in financial institutions.
• Sales and analytical skills: experience in RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and ability to build convincing value propositions.
• Excellent communication skills: comfortable conducting workshops and presentations for C-level management and business experts.
• Languages: very good command of English (fluent communication); knowledge of French is a strong advantage.
• Work environment: experience working in international and multicultural teams.
• Personal traits: independence, creativity, determination in achieving goals, and ability to learn quickly.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of central systems in insurance companies (Policy Management, Claims Management, Billing & Collection).
• Practical use of AI/GenAI tools in analytical and offer work.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall).

• Participate in sales and advisory processes: involvement in RFI/RFP/RFQ, preparing high-quality offers and presentations highlighting the value of Comarch solutions.
• Conduct workshops and analysis: identify client needs, lead business workshops, and moderate discussions between business and IT.
• Support digital transformation: advise clients on planning and defining development directions using Comarch systems.
• Product development: translate market requirements into recommendations for R&D teams and influence the Comarch insurance solutions roadmap.
• Use technology: apply AI tools to improve analyses, create demo scenarios, and identify AI potential in insurance processes.
• Market intelligence: monitor market trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in the insurance industry.
• Networking: represent the company at industry conferences and trade fairs.
