Comarch Loyalty is a global SaaS commercial organization operating across multiple sectors including retail, travel, banking, telco, and FMCG. The role reports directly to the CEO and involves leading a small team of 2–3 specialists in sales operations, CRM administration, and sales analytics/enablement.
Wymagania
- 5+ years experience in Sales Operations, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- 3+ years experience in SaaS business model
- Expert-level knowledge of CRM architecture and modern SaaS growth stack including CRM, sales engagement, BI, data enrichment, and configure-price-quote tools
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Hands-on experience designing and rolling out lead-to-revenue processes in international, multi-stakeholder settings
- Experience supporting sales teams across multiple time zones, currencies, and regions (Europe, North America, MENA, APAC)
- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders
- First-line management experience leading small sales or revenue operations teams (2–5 people)
- Fluent English (C1+)
Nice to have:
- Exposure to MarTech, loyalty, CDP, CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement
- Hands-on experience with revenue operations (RevOps) frameworks integrating Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Familiarity with AI/ML applied to sales such as forecasting, lead scoring, pipeline hygiene, conversational intelligence
- Experience in scale-up or PE-backed growth environments where the function was built from the ground up
Obowiązki
- Design, implement and manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to contract signature to reduce friction and increase sales team efficiency
- Act as administrator and strategist for CRM and integrated sales tools including prospecting, sales engagement, conversational intelligence, BI, and reporting
- Create and maintain executive dashboards tracking pipeline coverage, conversion rates, sales cycle, win rates, ARR/NRR, CAC payback, and forecast accuracy
- Support global sales forecasting and territory planning across multiple regions and verticals
- Develop sales enablement playbooks, training materials, and documentation
- Partner with IT, Marketing, Finance, Product, R&D, Delivery, and Legal teams to ensure seamless lead hand-off, deal desk, contract management, and billing workflows
- Build, lead, and develop a small team of 2–3 specialists and set operating cadence such as forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and QBRs
- Own data quality, governance, and maintain a single source of truth for sales data to support C-level decision making
