• Deep technical fluency in LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI development tools.
• Experience managing large-scale organizational or Agile-style transformations.
• Execution-focused leadership prioritizing results over consensus.
• Ability to delegate effectively and hold teams accountable to new standards.
• Visionary understanding of AI's future balanced with current delivery and margin concerns.

• Seek traditional management focused on administrative tasks.
• Prefer theoretical AI strategy over hands-on experimentation with AI tools.
• Wait for defined roadmaps instead of proactively solving engineering bottlenecks.
• Are uncomfortable with rapid pivots measured by delivery acceleration.

Standards & Tooling:

• Define AI-Powered Delivery: Establish the "STX Standard" for AI-powered engineering teams.
• Own the decision-making process for AI stack tools and ensure global adoption.
• Monitor costs of tokens and licenses and collaborate with finance on business and client-billing models.

Workforce Transformation:

• Own AI Bootcamp tracks for technical and non-technical staff upskilling.
• Shift engineering culture to AI-native workflows across Engineering, QA, Product Design, Cloud, and Data.
• Overhaul recruitment and evaluation to mandate AI skills for all roles.

Client & Business Value:

• Quantify and communicate productivity gains from AI to clients.
• Lead transition to modern business models like "AI Pods" or output-based settlements.
• Act as consultant to support sales in convincing clients of AI-driven advantages.

Work model is remote within Poland only.
