Project Manager

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. It focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software Houses for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and standards (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, MSP, P3O) confirmed by certificates
• 5–10 years of experience in large implementation/integration/transformation projects (preferably in card area)
• Experience managing full SDLC cycle: analysis → design → build → testing → certification → migration → GoLive → stabilization
• Strong skills in risk management, dependencies, multidisciplinary team organization, executive-level communication, scope and schedule control
• Practical knowledge of tools (Jira, Confluence) and management reporting
• Experience in Agile and/or hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) environments
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of PRINCE2 and Application lifecycle management
• Languages: Polish, English

• Lead end-to-end program management
• Prepare materials for steering committee
• Reporting, risk management, scope, governance
• Prepare A/R decisions according to RACI
• Coordinate cooperation between Bank teams, Visa/MC, system suppliers, and other vendors
• Ensure quality of planning, estimation, and task execution control
• Manage project risk, inter-team dependencies, and communication with key stakeholders

• Prepare status reports
• Monitor KPIs
• Update schedules and risk maps
• Budget control
• Track integration/testing/environments progress
• Manage information flow
• Coordinate documentation and artifact repository
