Business Analyst

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. The company focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software Houses for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial or banking sector
• Basic technical knowledge including SQL and system analysis
• Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) supporting documentation and project collaboration
• English language proficiency at B2+ level

• Analyze business needs and propose effective solutions with real value for business and users
• Identify and improve business processes in the finance area
• Conduct end-to-end process analysis and translate complex issues into clear business rules
• Use analytical techniques including BPMN, user stories, use cases, and user story mapping
• Collect and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Decompose epics into tasks and ensure clarity of descriptions for development and testing teams
• Support Product Owner in backlog management and business priority setting
• Collaborate with IT teams, business, and external partners; moderate meetings
• Communicate fluently in English
• Work independently in an Agile environment and effectively achieve goals
