• Higher technical education (Computer Science, Data Analysis, Information Systems) or related field.
• Ability to implement and operate AI tools.
• Knowledge of programming/web technologies (HTML, CSS, basics of PHP/JavaScript or CMS WordPress).
• Ability to provide technical support to employees with varying levels of expertise.
• Network infrastructure management (LAN/WLAN).
• Driving license.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of ASANA program.
• Programming and administration of websites.

• Provide IT support for the office located in Gdańsk and 6 branches in Pomerania.
• Maintain the technical infrastructure.
• Administer systems EstiCRM and ASANA including configuration, permissions, and troubleshooting.
• Manage user accounts, email accounts, and company server.
• Oversee network performance including modernization and servicing.
• Manage hardware lifecycle including purchases, inventory, and repairs.
• Manage office software.
• Implement AI-based tools to improve internal processes.
• Implement advanced data analysis tools and support data processing.
• Collaborate with marketing on data analysis from internet portals and promotional effectiveness.
• Actively search industry portals for market intelligence ("white intelligence").
• Integrate data from various sources (CRM, portals, own databases) to optimize marketing work.
• Manage hardware and office software including improvements and repairs.
