Accounting Systems & Process Lead (Comarch ERP Optima) (m/f)

• Higher education, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, IT, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Comarch ERP Optima (implementation, configuration, development).
• Experience in optimizing and/or automating financial and accounting processes.
• Experience in project and team management.
• Developed analytical skills and process-oriented approach.
• Ability to communicate in English at a minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience in implementing other ERP systems.

• Build and develop a team responsible for accounting systems and automation.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize the Comarch ERP Optima environment.
• Design and implement system integrations (including KSeF) and API-based solutions.
• Participate in data migrations between financial and accounting systems.
• Analyze, map, and improve accounting and reporting processes.
• Test, validate, and perform quality control of implemented solutions.
• Prepare documentation and develop a knowledge base and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with accounting departments, IT, and business stakeholders.
