The bank serves retail clients, Wealth Management, and companies in micro, SME, and corporate banking segments. The team is responsible for increasing the efficiency of direct customer service in Contact Center channels (phone, chat, and email), monitoring and improving service quality, and implementing solutions for comprehensive customer service.
Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of experience in developing applications supporting Contact Center in banking or fintech environment
- Higher education in management, finance, and/or IT
- English language proficiency enabling fluent communication
- Knowledge of the financial market and current trends with ability to propose product solutions
- Experience in managing innovative projects including AI, automation, and process digitalization
- Several years of experience managing teams using Agile methodologies
- Ability to motivate and strengthen team collaboration culture
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Communication skills to clearly explain complex issues to team and stakeholders
- Proactivity and initiative in initiating and implementing changes
Obowiązki
- Creating and implementing strategies, developing processes and tools for Contact Center, Telesales, and debt collection clients and employees
- Developing processes, systems, and contact channels to increase value for clients and employees
- Building and managing the product backlog
- Analyzing client needs, strategic directions, bank development trends, and market trends in product creation
- Managing product development priorities based on data
- Taking proactive actions for continuous process optimization, reporting progress and contribution to strategic goals
- Ensuring effective communication and cooperation with Product Owners and key stakeholders
- Defining and implementing product OKRs
- Actively participating in team life and events, sharing Agile values and principles
