Lead AI Software Developer (m/k)

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• Professional experience in AI development, machine learning, software engineering, or related technical roles
• Practical experience creating and deploying AI or ML solutions in business environments
• Experience with Python and popular AI/ML frameworks
• Knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI applications
• Experience building or supporting conversational tools (chat), prompt-based AI processes, RAG applications, or model/API integrations
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Understanding of API operation, deployment practices, and production system support
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with MLOps or LLMOps practices
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search
• Experience testing, evaluating, and monitoring AI applications
• Experience with multimodal AI, document analysis AI systems, or speech-enabled solutions
• Knowledge of responsible AI use, privacy, and secure implementation
• Experience mentoring junior team members or leading technical tasks in projects

• Developing and deploying AI and generative AI solutions for business and engineering needs
• Building, testing, and deploying applications using machine learning, natural language programming, LLM, and related technologies
• Translating functional and technical requirements into working AI solutions
• Participating in implementation of applications based on RAG, prompts, and other AI solutions
• Supporting integration of AI functions with existing tools, systems, and workflows
• Collaborating with technical leaders and architects to ensure scalable, maintainable, and standards-compliant solutions
• Engaging in experimentation, prototyping, validation, and production deployment
• Diagnosing and resolving issues with AI solutions and supporting continuous improvement
• Adhering to established development, testing, and documentation practices
• Contributing to knowledge sharing and competency development within the AI solutions team
