Project Manager (AI Projects)

DPDgroup IT Solutions sp. z o.o. develops modern applications supporting global operations of the Geopost Group. The company works in an international environment, delivering solutions based on the latest technologies and architectural standards, including event-driven architecture based on microservices. Their applications are used in multiple European countries and other parts of the world.

• Minimum 3-5 years experience as Project Manager / Product Manager / Tech PM in IT; AI, data, ML, or analytics project experience is a plus
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English
• Deep understanding of AI engineering, LLM architectures, agent frameworks, model evaluation, and system integrations without coding
• Hands-on experience delivering projects end-to-end from needs analysis to impact measurement
• Ability to validate outputs from data scientists, ML engineers, and automation teams
• Strong understanding of AI/ML engineering practices, model lifecycle, prompt engineering, agentic architectures, evaluation frameworks, and foundation model constraints
• Ability to work with technical teams and ask the right technical questions without coding
• Knowledge of LLM training, fine-tuning, alignment, agent frameworks, model limitations, and orchestration frameworks
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders including C-level executives
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira or similar) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

Nice to have:

• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, last-mile delivery, or related companies
• Experience working with AI agents such as chatbots, voicebots, employee copilots, ticket automation
• Experience in international organizations or complex corporate structures
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk), analytics/BI tools, MLOps platforms

• Lead architecture discussions, risk assessments, and Go/No-Go decisions for AI projects
• Lead projects related to AI agents (customer service, operations support, process automation) and data/ML initiatives in logistics
• Translate business needs into roadmaps, requirements, and product backlog
• Define goals, KPIs, and success metrics for AI solutions
• Plan and coordinate work of teams including automation engineers, software engineers, analysts, testers, and logistics domain experts
• Manage entire project lifecycle: discovery, PoC/MVP, pilot, scaling, maintenance, and continuous optimization
• Manage risks in AI projects such as data availability, model complexity, integrations, and business changes
• Communicate structured statuses, decisions, priorities, and present results and recommendations to stakeholders
• Co-create standards for running AI/ML projects within the organization
• Collaborate closely with logistics process owners on use cases, A/B tests, and rollouts
