Software Architect

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. It focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software Houses for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Architect
• Proficiency in end-to-end architecture design (frontend, backend, integrations)
• Practical knowledge of cloud-native solutions and container platforms (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift)
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or Crossplane)
• Very good knowledge of DevOps and GitOps principles, CI/CD processes, and tools like GitHub
• Experience with identity and security solutions such as Keycloak
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL databases and distributed storage systems (Ceph)
• Programming experience in TypeScript or Go
• Deep understanding of automated testing strategies in the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience working in Agile methodologies with strong communication and mentoring skills
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience with OpenShift AI or OpenShift Data Foundation
• Knowledge of cryptography and data protection solutions (e.g., Cosmian)
• Experience designing and managing hybrid and multicloud architectures

• Designing and supervising system architecture for scalability, security, and high availability
• Defining and developing architectural patterns including microservices, modular monoliths, Event-driven and API-first approaches
• Translating business requirements into efficient technical solutions
• Making key decisions for frontend, backend, integration, and platform layers
• Designing container workloads and cloud architectures based on Kubernetes and OpenShift
• Designing application observability standards through logging, metrics, and tracing
• Defining integration standards and API contracts
• Shaping CI/CD pipelines and delivery models based on GitOps and Infrastructure as Code
• Creating and maintaining documentation and decision records (ADR)
• Mentoring teams and acting as a technical leader
• Close collaboration with Product Owners and cross-functional teams in an agile environment
