• Minimum 6 years of commercial experience with Java
• Understanding of system architecture and ability to assess long-term technical decisions, especially in microservices context
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD environments and their specifics
• Solid foundations in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) with real implementation experience
• Ability to design complex systems and create technical documentation
• Experience in the insurance sector is a plus
• Ability to collaborate with business teams, advising and supporting production processes beyond coding
• Openness to new challenges and diverse project contexts
• High communication culture and empathy in teamwork
• Fluent English language skills
• Knowledge of Java, CI/CD, PostgreSQL, Docker, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, AWS, REST, Kafka

• Build new functionalities and develop existing components of a sales portal based on microservices architecture for an international insurance industry giant
• Work in small, autonomous technical teams
• Communicate in English
• Participate in fully remote work with occasional client visits
