We’re looking for an experienced Guidewire Developer to join our team and work on projects for clients from the insurance and technology sectors in Scandinavia. You’ll be part of a dynamic, international environment, taking on a technical leadership role - mentoring mid-level and junior developers, enforcing best coding practices, and driving software development processes.
Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a software Guidewire Developer
- Commercial experience with Guidewire BillingCenter or ClaimCenter
- Proficiency in Java and Guidewire
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and CI/CD workflows
- Fluent English – essential for working in international teams
- Openness to occasional travel
- Availability to work full-time
Obowiązki
- Implement and configure Guidewire modules (BillingCenter or ClaimCenter)
- Review and write code (Java/Guidewire), ensure test coverage and code quality
- Integrate Guidewire with external systems
- Lead DevOps processes, CI/CD automation, and best engineering practices
- Support recruitment efforts for technical team members
- Participate in occasional business trips (once per quarter)
