Software Engineer 2 (Java / Kotlin)

• Strong background in back-end coding with Kotlin.
• Experience in software architecture.
• Ability to design scalable and reliable systems for massive-scale data.
• Knowledge of logistics domain and high-volume data processing.
• Effective communication skills in English at B2+ level.
• Ability to work with both well-defined and ambiguous tasks.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with advancements in back-end architecture and logistics operations.

• Design reliable, high-performance back-end systems for massive-scale data processing.
• Lead structural improvements in high-volume data processing software and location intelligence.
• Take ownership of complex systems impacting operational efficiency.
• Design scalable system architecture and tackle complex technical challenges.
• Write high-quality code and ensure stability of core software products.
• Monitor core system health and operational metrics to ensure high performance, data accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
• Participate in off-hours duty for team products.
• Manage technical debt and create clear documentation.
• Mentor less experienced team members.
• Find effective solutions for complex challenges, balancing custom and third-party software integration.
