Software Engineering - Compass Dev

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role involves joining the Workforce Management team to develop ComPass, a greenfield application designed to replace and enhance existing Workforce Management solutions.

• Proven experience in C# and .NET frameworks, including .NET 6 or later.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Knowledge of MVC, Web API, and application architecture.
• Front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework (React, Angular, or similar).
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming and reusable C# libraries.
• Understanding of design principles behind scalable applications.
• Experience with automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Practical experience with version control (GIT) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication skills in English (professional proficiency).

• Translate application requirements and use cases into functional, high-performing features.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient and reusable code following best practices.
• Ensure code quality through structured development and review processes.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and security standards.
• Identify and fix bugs or bottlenecks, ensuring long-term stability of the application.
• Support the ongoing development and production deployment of .NET solutions.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and align with project timelines.
