People Advisory Specialist

This role focuses on organizational people management support and the implementation of people processes and programs within a particular unit or units. In this position, you will support employees and leaders across all EPAM HR processes, acting as a Practice/Discipline People Partner.

• At least 2 years of professional experience supporting an HR function in a technology or commercial organization
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments by effectively managing multiple tasks, setting priorities and meeting deadlines
• Openness to continuous change and the capability to navigate in a VUCA/BANI world
• Strong interpersonal skills that foster positive relationships, build trust and enable thoughtful, sensitive and timely guidance, combined with a proactive, confident, energetic and optimistic approach
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level or higher
• Basic knowledge and practical understanding of Polish Labor Law
• Experience with HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, engagement surveys and retention actions, along with the ability to work with data and HR metrics, will be considered an advantage

• Collaborate with Primary People Partners who are responsible for specific disciplines or practices
• Support a variety of HR processes such as employee experience management, retention and performance development, initially with light supervision and progressing to full independence over time
• Assist unit management with audits of local programs and frameworks, providing insight from the perspective of local labor law compliance
• Contribute to townhalls and events organized within the unit and encourage employee attendance in the office
• Participate in Shared Service Center activities and engage with different stakeholders across processes to address various issues and tasks

The role requires working from the office twice per week at one of the following locations: Gdansk, Krakow, Wroclaw, Warsaw, Poznan or Katowice.
