Backend / Full-Stack Developer (Node.js · TypeScript · Python)

Thalox Sphere GmbH is a Munich-based boutique software studio inside the international Thalox group. They build custom software, AI integrations, and process automation for SMEs that don't fit the off-the-rack consulting model. Their daily tools include Odoo, HubSpot, Supabase, n8n, and modern LLM stacks, but they remain technology- and vendor-agnostic, selecting the best fit per client. Recent work includes the autohelden.com digital infrastructure built in four weeks.

• 3–5 years experience as a backend/full-stack developer.
• Strong core competency in Node.js/TypeScript or Python.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
• Working understanding of containers and CI/CD.
• Experience with REST API and GraphQL.
• Proficiency with Git.
• Unit testing experience.

• Own backend services from concept to production: design, implement, test, deploy, monitor.
• Build and maintain REST/GraphQL APIs and integrations with third-party SaaS and AI/LLM providers.
• Design database schemas, write efficient queries, manage migrations and Row-Level Security.
• Write unit and integration tests as a natural part of the workflow.
• Collaborate closely with the DevOps engineer to deploy services, read logs, and respond to alerts.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
• Continuously evaluate new tools and SaaS services that could accelerate the team.

Operating model is fully remote from Poland under a B2B contract.
