The Senior Delivery & Implementation Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation workstreams for Payments and Core Banking solutions across European markets. The role acts as the primary delivery contact for assigned client engagements, ensuring high-quality execution across solution design, configuration, integration, testing, migration, certification, pilot, and go-live. The position requires delivery leadership, payments domain expertise, client-facing consulting experience, and hands-on understanding of modern issuer-processing, card platforms, API-based integrations, and cloud-native financial technology platforms.


Wymagania

  • 8–12+ years of experience in payments, cards, issuer processing, core banking, fintech, banking technology, or financial services transformation.
  • Strong delivery leadership experience in roles such as Head of Delivery, Delivery Lead, Implementation Lead, Business Consultant, Senior Business Analyst, or Client Delivery Manager.
  • Proven experience leading complex client-facing implementations across banking, payments, card issuing, processor migration, ledger migration, or core banking modernization.
  • Hands-on domain expertise in Cards, Payments, and Core Banking, including issuer processing, BIN setup, authorization flows, fees, limits, transaction processing, payment schemes, settlement, reconciliation, and operational readiness.
  • Experience delivering projects across European markets with understanding of EU banking, payments, regulatory, and scheme requirements.
  • Strong understanding of API-based platforms, microservices, cloud-native architectures, and modern SaaS financial technology platforms.
  • Preferred experience working with AWS-based or cloud-native financial services platforms.
  • Ability to configure or support configuration of platform modules, including account products, card programs, BINs, fees, limits, authorization rules, transaction parameters, and payment workflows.
  • Experience managing client onboarding, configuration, testing, certification, pilot, migration, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Experience producing structured delivery artefacts such as implementation plans, RAID logs, business requirement documents, functional specifications, test plans, cutover plans, migration plans, operational handover documents, and executive status reports.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work across clients, product, engineering, architecture, delivery, compliance, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Experience operating in remote, hybrid, or distributed delivery teams with high ownership and accountability.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with modern issuer-processing platforms, core banking platforms, card management systems, or payment processing platforms.
  • Familiarity with Visa or Mastercard certification processes, including CIQ, BIN configuration, scheme mandates, card network testing, and certification readiness.
  • Experience with processor replacement, card portfolio migration, core banking migration, ledger migration, or large-scale financial platform transformation.
  • Knowledge of EU regulatory and compliance frameworks, including PSD2, Strong Customer Authentication, PCI DSS, GDPR, and applicable banking/payment regulations.
  • Experience working in fintech, SaaS banking platforms, card issuing platforms, payment processors, banking technology vendors, or consulting organizations supporting financial institutions.
  • Prior consulting, business analysis, or delivery leadership experience with financial services clients is highly desirable.

Obowiązki

  • Lead end-to-end implementation workstreams for Cards, Payments, and Core Banking solutions across EU markets, from discovery and planning through configuration, testing, certification, migration, pilot, and go-live.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client workstreams, providing regular delivery updates, managing expectations, and ensuring clear communication across client, Visa, Pismo, partner, and internal teams.
  • Conduct client workshops to understand business objectives, operating models, regulatory requirements, product needs, integration requirements, and technical constraints.
  • Translate client requirements into platform configuration and implementation plans, including BIN setup, authorization flows, account structures, fees, limits, transaction rules, payment flows, and operational parameters.
  • Coordinate technical integrations and API validation with engineering, architecture, product, security, and client technology teams.
  • Support payment and transaction banking use cases, including debit and credit posting, fund transfers, force transfers, multi-leg payments, and related API-based payment workflows.
  • Identify delivery risks, RAID items, cross-functional dependencies, and critical path activities; escalate issues with clear mitigation options and ownership.
  • Prepare and maintain delivery artefacts, including implementation plans, RAID logs, dependency trackers, cutover plans, migration plans, test plans, certification readiness trackers, and handover documentation.
  • Support Visa and Mastercard certification activities, including scheme testing, CIQ preparation, BIN configuration validation, mandates, and readiness checkpoints.
  • Manage migration-related activities, including data mapping, migration planning, reconciliation support, client readiness, cutover planning, dress rehearsals, and go-live execution.
  • Partner with product, engineering, architecture, support, operations, and client success teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
