Test Manager

• Experienced Test Lead / Test Manager with a strong technical background
• Hands-on approach — able to debug, analyze issues, and work directly with systems
• Combines leadership, QA process knowledge, and automation expertise
• Strong collaboration skills with developers and cross-functional teams
• Good understanding of system architecture and integrations
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and able to bring structure to distributed teams
• Fast learner, adaptable to new technologies and complex environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Lead and coordinate QA teams across multiple squads
• Monitor testing progress during sprints and report status and risks
• Define and implement test strategy and improve QA processes
• Support and expand test automation initiatives
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, debugging, and defect analysis
• Collaborate closely with developers on issue investigation and resolution
• Mentor testers and stabilize distributed QA team operations
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Participate in code reviews and improve automation coverage
