Data Architect (Databricks & Fabric)

• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks Lakehouse, Delta Lake, and Apache Spark / PySpark
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and its ecosystem (OneLake, Data Factory, Synapse Data Engineering, Power BI integration)
• Strong understanding of Azure data services and modern cloud data architectures
• Proven experience designing end-to-end data platforms – ingestion, storage, transformation, and serving layers
• Hands-on coding skills – able to implement and optimize pipelines
• Background in IT consulting or working across multiple client environments and use cases
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Location in Poland or another EU country

Nice to have:

• Experience with dbt for transformations and analytics engineering
• Background in platform engineering practices (CI/CD, IaC, Azure DevOps, observability for data platforms)
