Senior Analyst in CEE MS Growth & Transformation Team

The Managed Services Growth & Transformation Team in the CEE region focuses on designing, implementing and scaling a modern operation model that supports the delivery of managed services. The team combines business, technology, and operational perspectives to deliver efficient, repeatable, and scalable solutions addressing market needs. They support the growth of the Managed Services offering through go-to-market and go-to-network initiatives, development of management information, and delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives across Central and Eastern Europe. The team operates at the intersection of sales, solution design, and service delivery to strengthen operational coherence and enhance competitiveness of PwC Managed Services in the CEE region.

• Experience in an analytical role, particularly in reporting and budgeting
• Ability to work confidently with financial and operational data and draw meaningful business insights
• Experience in preparing dashboards and management information
• Ability to work independently and respond efficiently to business needs, including ad hoc analyses
• Experience in preparing presentations and management materials (decks)
• Ability to work effectively in a changing environment and with global standards or data structures
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Good command of English enabling work in an international environment
• Ability to work in a project-based environment with a fast pace and ambitious timelines
• Very good command of English enabling fluent communication (C1/C2)
• Completed higher education degree

• Participate in budgeting processes and monitor budget execution
• Analyze financial and operational data and prepare ad hoc analyses to support business needs

• Prepare and develop management dashboards supporting budgeting and reporting processes
• Prepare presentations and management materials (decks) for internal stakeholders
• Cooperate with regional and global teams in reporting and management information
• Identify opportunities to improve analytical and reporting processes
