• Documented experience as a Scala Developer / Backend Engineer
• Very good knowledge of system performance and scalability in large distributed systems
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems, including backend system diagnostics
• Capability to deeply understand problems and independently seek and verify solutions
• Very good communication and teamwork skills

• Designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems in Scala
• Optimizing performance and scalability of large-scale systems
• Proactively diagnosing and resolving technical issues affecting user experience
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and implement system improvements
• Supporting onboarding of new team members by sharing best practices, standards, and tools
