Fullstack Software Engineer (junior)

Codibly is a technology & consulting company focused on custom software and product development. Their industrial expertise is centered around the energy & utility sector, with collaborations in fintech, healthcare, HR, and other industries. They build software powering the energy transition, including EV charging platforms, smart grid integrations, and renewable energy management systems, serving utilities, OEMs, and startups globally.

• Junior-level commercial experience in software development (> 6 months)
• Familiarity with at least one technology ecosystem: Java 17+ with Spring/Spring Boot, C# with .NET/ASP.NET Core, or TypeScript with Node.js
• Understanding of HTTP protocol
• Basic knowledge of REST API design
• Knowledge of programming principles and design patterns
• Experience with unit and/or integration testing
• Working knowledge of SQL databases
• Strong English communication skills (B2+), written and verbal

Nice to have:

• Experience using AI tools in daily workflow
• Basic understanding of asynchronous communication and messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, cloud-native solutions)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized applications
• Exposure to Kubernetes
• Experience with NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

• Discover, design, and implement technical solutions across the full development lifecycle
• Implement new features from requirements through to production deployment
• Tackle software engineering challenges including system integrations, performance optimization, and working with industry-specific protocols
• Collaborate daily with engineers, stakeholders, and clients
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
• Grow into a versatile software engineering consultant with deep domain expertise in energy and electromobility
• Take on increasing ownership with a path toward technical leadership and mentoring roles
