Wymagania

  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience in game production or project management, ideally in premium PC/console game development.
  • At least two shipped titles with responsibility for end-to-end production from planning through milestones to release.
  • Experience working directly with external publishers or clients including milestone reviews, feedback processing, risk assessments, and daily correspondence.
  • Ability to blend Agile/Scrum execution with fixed milestone commitments in publisher-driven projects.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Jira including configuring boards, epics, sprints, automations, and maintaining project structure at scale.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Unreal Engine production pipelines.
  • Strong analytical skills for building and maintaining delivery dashboards using tools like Jira and EazyBI and translating data into actionable decisions.
  • Experience coordinating cross-discipline teams (Art, Design, Code, QA) with understanding of dependencies and communication flow.
  • Proactive risk management including identifying problems early, maintaining realistic risk logs, and planning mitigation.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to keep meetings focused, track follow-ups, document decisions, and ensure communication across teams.
  • Proficiency in English at B2/C1+ level for daily communication with international partners.
  • Genuine interest in simulation games and vehicle-themed experiences.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with simulation, driving, or vehicle-themed games.
  • Experience with co-development projects coordinating delivery across multiple studios.
  • Experience working with European game publishers on premium PC/console titles.
  • Knowledge of console certification processes (PlayStation, Xbox) and post-launch patch management.
  • Experience with post-launch operations including DLC planning, free updates, hotfix cycles, and community feedback integration.
  • Background in building production processes from scratch on new projects.
  • Familiarity with EazyBI, Confluence, or similar reporting and documentation tools.
  • Familiarity with OKR methodology and quarterly planning cycles.
  • Experience enforcing production discipline such as content lock, feature freeze, and submission readiness in inconsistent environments.

Obowiązki

  • Owning or supporting production delivery on assigned streams including milestone planning, scope management, risk tracking, and timeline coordination.
  • Creating, maintaining, and updating milestone plans with scope grooming, risk analysis, trade-off decisions, and timeline impact assessment.
  • Managing the project’s Jira structure: epics, sprints, definitions of done, automations, and ensuring consistent status updates.
  • Communicating directly with publishers and co-development partners, attending production meetings, processing milestone feedback, preparing risk assessment documents, and handling day-to-day correspondence.
  • Building and maintaining analytics and reporting such as sprint burndowns, milestone delivery charts, quality dashboards, and team velocity tracking.
  • Presenting delivery data to studio leadership including project health, risks, staffing needs, and milestone status.
  • Coordinating cross-team work by running or supporting stand-ups, planning sessions, retrospectives, and interdisciplinary meetings.
  • Ensuring decisions propagate to all affected teams with context.
  • Tracking and closing follow-ups to ensure work progresses from decisions to shipped features.
  • Supporting staffing and capacity planning in collaboration with discipline leads and studio leadership.
  • Contributing to process improvements by identifying bottlenecks, proposing workflow changes, and maturing production practices across the studio.
