Fullstack Engineer (70% Java / 30% React)

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer (70% Java / 30% React) to develop an onboarding platform for institutional clients. The role requires strong backend skills in Java combined with frontend experience in React, working in a microservices environment with a strong focus on quality (TDD), UX, and collaboration with business and stakeholders.

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience
• Very good knowledge of Java (main backend work)
• Experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Building and developing component-based applications (React / React Native)
• Knowledge of CSS3 and design systems and design tokens
• Experience working with JSON and XML (data marshalling)
• Experience in front-end testing (Jest, Testing Library)
• Work according to Test Driven Development (TDD) principles
• Deliver high-quality solutions and maintain code standards
• Experience working with stakeholders and understanding business needs
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience designing digital products in banking or onboarding
• Experience with developer tools (Git, IntelliJ, VSCode)
• Experience mentoring teams and raising technical standards

• Develop backend in Java (main part of the work)
• Develop UI in React
• Design and create new functionalities
• Test and maintain applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders and the team
