Senior Software Engineer (C++) — Audio/Video Capture

Bluedot is an AI meeting platform used by over 100,000 companies, including The New York Times, Ajax, Jooble, Etsy and many others. It is a profitable, fast-growing business backed by Google, OnDeck and strong angels, operating entirely on its own revenue without dependency on fundraising. The company builds across Mobile, Desktop, and Chrome apps, focusing on real-time audio/video processing, large-scale distributed systems, and modern LLM features.

• Strong C++ experience with production shipping
• Knowledge of Windows media stack
• Real-time audio experience
• Experience with WebRTC
• Bonus: experience with macOS (ScreenCaptureKit, Core Audio)
• Ability to ship independently

• Own the desktop app layer that captures meetings on Zoom, Teams, Meet, and Slack without a bot joining the call
• Work close to the operating system: capturing system audio, handling permissions, managing processes
• Maintain stability across Windows and macOS
• Improve audio quality, support more platforms, reduce resource usage, and add new native capabilities
• Ship features directly working with founders and CTO, with rapid user impact
