Fullstack Engineer

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role involves joining the Collaboration Hub team to develop and maintain the Atlassian Data-Replica platform for a leading financial institution, focusing on backend services for data integration and synchronization between Atlassian platforms and HSBC systems.

• 5+ years in Java development, preferably with Spring Framework.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following: API development, PostgreSQL database management, ETL workflows, React.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (B2+).

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD toolchains (e.g., Jenkins).
• Background in Linux/AIX/WAS system administration.

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to design, build, and operate backend services for data integration and replication.
• Develop, implement, and maintain ETL workflows and APIs to ensure reliable data synchronization.
• Optimize PostgreSQL databases, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Deliver new features and solutions while maintaining high standards of maintainability and security.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide effective operational support.
• Contribute to an Agile CI/CD environment, ensuring frequent high-quality releases.
• Participate in code reviews, automated testing, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
