Cyber Defense & Compliance Specialist

• Higher education in IT-related fields or network security.
• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience in a similar role.
• Over 6 years of general technical experience in implementing infrastructure and security controls.
• Excellent knowledge of networking and Microsoft 365 cloud environment.
• Experience with CSIRT/SOC structures and handling critical security failures.
• Established knowledge of standards and certifications (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, CISSP).
• Fluent English language skills (German knowledge is a significant advantage).
• Willingness to occasionally travel for business to other company branches.

• Continuous improvement of security architectures and management of endpoint protection systems.
• Close collaboration with engineering teams to ensure scalability, high performance, and reliability of implemented defense mechanisms.
• Coordination of external penetration tests and planning of remediation cycles (patch management).
• Creation and implementation of internal cybersecurity policies at the organizational level.
• Cooperation with global response teams (SOC) in monitoring and neutralizing advanced incidents.
• Maintaining full compliance with key market standards such as TISAX and ISO family standards.
• Initiating educational activities and awareness training for employees regarding network threats.
• Conducting technical audits and modeling potential attack vectors.
