Revenue Operations Manager

As a Revenue Operations Manager at Comarch, you will support the growth of the ERP sector by bridging finance, strategy, and operations. The role involves providing data-driven analyses and recommendations to support decision-making processes. It has an international character, reporting directly to the CEO of the ERP sector for the DACH region and France, ensuring efficient operations backed by data in foreign markets.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in strategic consulting or similar business-analytical roles, preferably in a consulting firm environment
• Solid knowledge of corporate finance, including analysis of profitability indicators and cash flows
• Proficiency in data modeling tools and ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
• Fluency in English at minimum C1 (Advanced) level for daily cooperation with foreign markets and preparing reports and presentations
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model from Kraków office, with possible presence in Kraków 1–2 days a week if based in Warsaw

• Preparing financial and operational analyses for decision-making in the DACH region
• Supporting executive management with data-driven recommendations
• Optimizing revenue-related processes within the ERP ecosystem
• Monitoring business KPIs across international markets
