Technical Operation Specialist

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. It focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software Houses for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in technical support.
• Experience in implementing and troubleshooting network infrastructure, e.g., Wi-Fi access points, layer 3 switches, and routers.
• Possession of one or more certifications in networks/Linux/cloud (Cisco, Juniper, Red Hat, CompTIA, LPI, AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Willingness to further develop skills in infrastructure, network, and system administration.
• Higher education in computer science or related field, or equivalent practical IT experience.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to improve system performance and reliability.
• Create and update technical documentation and develop solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Monitor the latest technological trends and best practices to ensure high-quality services.
• Support the development and implementation of new technologies and processes to increase operational efficiency.
