Specjalista / Specjalistka ds. Automatyzacji i optymalizacji procesów - diagnostyka laboratoryjna​

ALAB laboratoria Sp. z o.o. is a nationwide network of diagnostic laboratories in Poland. The company performs 45 million tests annually, operates over 800 diagnostic material collection points, and about 70 laboratories across all Polish voivodeships. Their offer includes over 3500 different tests. They collaborate with the German LIMBACH group and universities and scientists from Europe and worldwide to ensure high-quality services and use modern technology and equipment meeting global standards in laboratory medicine.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automation, process optimization, and project management
• Practical knowledge of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Apps) or scripting languages (Python, VBA)
• Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from process data
• Experience with process management tools (e.g., BPMN), ERP systems, or BI tools
• Preferred higher technical education or related fields (automation, process engineering, computer science)
• Ability to collaborate across teams, communication skills, and internal client orientation
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies

• Identify areas requiring improvements in company operations
• Design, implement, and supervise solutions automating administrative, production, or operational tasks
• Collaborate closely with various teams (IT, operations, finance) to understand their needs and challenges and implement appropriate solutions
• Implement solutions improving process efficiency, reducing costs, and minimizing errors
• Monitor and analyze automation results, generate performance reports, and identify potential improvements
• Create and update documentation for implemented changes, standards, and procedures
• Educate teams on new solutions and systems, support automation implementation
• Analyze the market and recommend new tools supporting process optimization and automation
