• Higher education or student status in technical or management-related fields
• Basic knowledge of SQL and BPMN
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to develop in the area of business process automation

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of UML
• Knowledge of HTML

• Supporting implementations of solutions based on the WEBCON BPS platform
• Analyzing clients' business needs and proposing appropriate solutions
• Creating and testing applications and document workflows
• Providing technical support to system users
• Preparing documentation and conducting user training
