WEBCON Developer - Konsultant

• Minimum one year of experience in WEBCON implementation projects
• Fluent knowledge of SQL and ability to use queries in WEBCON projects
• Advanced knowledge of the WEBCON BPS platform
• Understanding of platform logs and errors
• Ability to create clear and useful UI/UX interfaces (forms)
• Analytical thinking with cause-effect reasoning and identification of business needs
• High self-organization, punctuality, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Communication skills with ability to explain technical issues to non-technical persons
• Assertiveness in setting project boundaries and ensuring compliance with assumptions
• Willingness to share knowledge and continuous development

• Responsible for comprehensive management of business processes for multiple clients simultaneously, including configuration on the WEBCON platform and acting as a consultant translating business needs into IT solutions
• Conduct business analysis with clients, create business logic, and build processes in WEBCON according to best practices
• Independently execute projects, ensure solution quality, monitor risks, and verify integration possibilities with other systems
• Create project documentation including process cards, prototypes, test scenarios, and post-implementation documentation
• Conduct analytical meetings with clients, present prototypes, perform tests, acceptances, and provide training for end users
