The Managed Services Growth & Transformation Team in the CEE region focuses on designing, implementing and scaling a modern operation model that supports the delivery of managed services. The team combines business, technology, and operational perspectives to deliver efficient, repeatable, and scalable solutions addressing market needs. They support the growth of the Managed Services offering through go-to-market and go-to-network initiatives, development of management information, and delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives across Central and Eastern Europe. PwC is a global network with over 370,000 people in 149 countries, including over 7,000 employees in Poland, with nearly 2,000 in technology teams.
Wymagania
- Experience in an analytical role, particularly in reporting and budgeting
- Ability to work confidently with financial and operational data and draw meaningful business insights
- Experience in preparing dashboards and management information
- Ability to work independently and respond efficiently to business needs, including ad hoc analyses
- Experience in preparing presentations and management materials (decks)
- Ability to work effectively in a changing environment and with global standards or data structures
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Very good command of English enabling fluent communication (C1/C2)
- Ability to work in a project-based environment with a fast pace and ambitious timelines
- Completed higher education degree

- Openness to collaboration and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at various levels while maintaining engagement and professionalism
Obowiązki
- Participation in budgeting processes and monitoring budget execution
- Analysis of financial and operational data and preparation of ad hoc analyses to support business needs
- Working with global product codes, including participation in their standardisation and reporting changes
- Preparing and developing management dashboards supporting budgeting and reporting processes
- Preparing presentations and management materials (decks) for internal stakeholders
- Cooperating with regional and global teams in the area of reporting and management information
- Identifying opportunities to improve analytical and reporting processes
