UX/UI Designer

Yet design might be the very last domain to be entirely replaced by autonomous agents. That’s why your role as a designer is more important than ever: to embrace the superpowers AI provides, while still driving the creative process yourself.

• Experience as a UX/UI Designer (3+ years) in building mobile apps
• Proficiency in craftsmanship and independence in day-to-day work
• Experience working with Scrum
• Great command of English and natural communication skills
• Process and structure-oriented thinking
• Polish language is required

Nice to have:

• Proven experience in working with Design Systems
• Strong knowledge of accessibility (a11y) and practical experience in implementing WCAG standards
• Ability to work in the office or in a hybrid setup (Warsaw, Służew Metro Station)

• Master the tools needed to build AI-ready projects with Figma MCP
• Create and evolve complex Design Systems that scale
• Take ownership of the usability of mobile products, ensuring a user-centered approach in every feature
• Grow in a stable environment that values both great project delivery and your personal development
• Ensure all designs follow WCAG standards to create inclusive digital products
• Push Figma to its limits by building beautiful, programmable Design Systems
• Maintain and adapt the LeanCode Design System for each project to ensure efficiency and consistency
• Work hand in hand with developers to cover every detail from interactions and animations to edge cases, making designs exhaustive and implementation-ready
• Use Service Design techniques to uncover real pain points end-users face and craft solutions that address their needs
• Apply Lean Startup approach by validating business needs with clients and running interviews with end-users
• Conduct interactive workshops lasting two to four weeks inspired by Google Sprint guidelines
• Produce Proof of Concept and iteratively refine solutions into robust MVPs
• Work directly with clients on problem statements and business needs
• Analyze business needs and structure problems
• Conduct desk research and benchmarking for existing solutions
• Engineer solutions using Service Design Methods
• Create Low-Fi and Hi-Fi interactive mockups and product exemplifications for stakeholder communication
• Facilitate Product Roadmap design process
• Work on Product Backlog
• Cooperate with Scrum Teams on product delivery
