Senior Rust Developer

Link Group is building the next generation of high-performance trade management systems used across global markets. The engineering team in Warsaw leverages Rust to design ultra-efficient, low-latency, and memory-safe distributed systems running on AWS.

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong, production-level Rust expertise (async, concurrency, ownership model)
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud architectures
• Some familiarity with C#/.NET and AWS is a plus

• Build and optimize Rust-based distributed systems handling high data volumes
• Profile, benchmark, and fine-tune performance and cost efficiency in AWS
• Contribute to architecture decisions and end-to-end system ownership
• Collaborate with global engineering teams across Europe, the US, and Asia
